For shipping within the continental United States, we offer the following options at the UPS published rates: Ground, 2nd day air, and Next Day air. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
UPS requires a complete street address for delivery. If you enter a P.O. Box as a delivery destination, your order can not be processed and may be delayed. If you only have a P. O. Box address, you may request shipping via the US Postal Service by contacting Customer Service. A $5 handling fee will be applied to all postal shipments. Changes to the destination address you provided must be made prior to the order shipping. Redirecting UPS shipments en route will entail a $15 surcharge. Currently we are unable to deliver to international destinations, A.P.O, or F.P.O addresses.
Time in Transit
UPS Ground orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed. UPS air orders (Next day and 2nd Day) may ship the same day or within 1 business day, depending on the time of day the order is received. Orders placed late in the day, after 2 p.m., or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Please be aware that all transit times are in addition to the order processing times!
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you the UPS tracking number so you can determine the exact day your package will arrive. If you choose not to give your email address, you will not receive a confirmation order reply or your UPS shipping/tracking information.
No additional Shipping Charges
We do not charge any processing or handling fees!
