HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
If you're not sure how to get started, or if you just want an overview of how shopping on our site works, follow the simple steps outlined below. You'll be shopping in no time!
- To start shopping, use the category or subcategory menu at the top of the page to navigate the store.
- A product listing will appear in the center of the page containing each product's price, description and photos.
- Add an item to your order by the selecting the desired quantity and clicking "Buy Now". The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart.
- Upon adding items to your cart, your order thus far will be displayed with a subtotal. You may remove items on your list by changing the quantity and clicking "Update Quantity". You can either continue shopping, or move on to shipping and billing by clicking "Checkout".
- If you choose to keep shopping, you can view your order at any time from anywhere on the site by clicking "View Basket" at the top of the screen.
- When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" on the View Basket page. Then, follow the on-screen directions to complete shipping and billing information.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks (Mail Order only). We do not presently accept Money Orders, Cash or COD. If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. On your monthly bank or credit card statement, your Jefferson Brass purchase will appear as Jefferson Brass Company.
6.0% Sales tax is added to all orders shipped to Virginia. Sales tax is not added to items shipped out of Virginia.
We want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any non-engraved JeffersonBrass item, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund your money or give you credit towards a future purchase. We will immediately issue you a Return Authorization Code. You may not return an item without a Return Authorization Code. In the event a merchandise return is received after 30 days from the ship date, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20%. Returns and exchanges may be refused if received after 90 days from the ship date.
Please remember to carefully wrap the product in the original shipping box. Include a copy of the original Order Confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order.) We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safety at our warehouse. We are not responsible for items damaged on the return shipping. Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. You will receive email notification regarding your return or exchange within fourteen business days. We will refund your order amount less shipping charges. Items that show signs of wear or have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
