Goose Door Knocker

Sculpted by a nationally recognized waterfowl decoy woodcarver on Maryland's famed Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, this brass goose door knocker is an accurate depiction of the great Canadian goose "Onk-or" in James Michener's novel "Chesapeake." Heavily cast in solid brass, the exquisite detailing is almost lifelike. This handcrafted doorknocker is a unique combination of excellent wildlife art and a decorative, functional accessory. Comes with a heavy solid brass striker button and 2" brass screws.

Measures: 6" x 6" x 2". Spacing between holes: 3", which may vary slightly as each piece is hand made. If selecting finishing buttons, this door knocker requires 2.
